MEET BAILEY!

Bailey is a Huntaway X female, estimated to have been born on 2 February 2024. She is a medium-sized girl with a moderate to high energy level and is currently undergoing rehabilitation in WAGS care.

Bailey is continuing to build her confidence and skills while she works through her rehabilitation journey. She is showing us more of her lovely personality as she settles, learns and becomes more comfortable in her surroundings.

Her Personality

Bailey is a friendly, affectionate girl who enjoys being around people and meeting new faces. She also gets along beautifully with other dogs, making canine companionship something she genuinely enjoys.

While she has an active side, Bailey also knows how to enjoy the quieter things in life. One of her favourite ways to wind down is curling up on the couch for a movie night with her people. 🎬🐾

She has a lovely balance of companionship and activity and will suit a family who can give her both physical exercise and plenty of time to settle in and enjoy being part of the household.

Bailey has already developed a solid foundation of training and continues to build on these skills during rehabilitation.

As with any rescue, Bailey's training will continue to benefit from consistency, patience and positive reinforcement as she transitions into her forever home.

She is sometimes skittish around new people so we're hoping for a forever family who understands that rescue is a journey and is ready to continue building on everything she has learned.

Bailey has plenty of love to give, a playful side to enjoy and an impressive ability to settle in for a good couch session. Now she just needs the right people to show her that love, patience and consistency really can make all the difference. 🐾❤️
