His Story

Meet Moose, our shy softie who would quite happily spend his days being someone’s sidekick. 🐾

Moose is a Staffy X who can be a little apprehensive when meeting new people or navigating unfamiliar situations. He likes to take his time, work things out and decide that everything is okay before showing you the real Moose.

But once you've earned his trust? Good luck getting rid of him. 😂

His Personality

Moose is the definition of a velcro dog.

Once he knows and trusts you, he wants to be right there beside you. He's loyal, loving, affectionate and happiest when he's close to his person - preferably close enough that personal space becomes a thing of the past.

He's also a boy who appreciates the simple things in life. Give Moose his favourite stick and a game of fetch and he's a happy pup. Once he's finished playing, he's more than ready to curl up beside you on the couch for a well-earned snooze.

Moose has so much love to give; he just needs someone willing to give him the time and security he needs to feel comfortable enough to show it.

Moose isn't necessarily going to throw himself into the arms of the first person he meets, and that's okay. What we're looking for is someone who understands dogs, is willing to give him the time he needs to settle in, and can provide the consistency and ongoing training that will help him thrive.

Put that time into Moose and you'll get the boy we know - an affectionate, loyal, stick-chasing, couch-snoozing velcro dog who wants nothing more than to be wherever his person is.

For the right person, Moose will be one hell of a best mate. 💛🐾
