Sadie

Sadie is a lovely young female puppy, approximately 4 months old, who was found alone in a park in Mangere. Since coming into foster care, she has been thriving in a family environment and is now looking for her forever home.

Sadie is currently living with children and two foster dog siblings. She is a sweet-natured girl whose confidence continues to grow every day. Her foster mum occasionally takes her to work, allowing her to experience a variety of people, environments, and situations to help build her confidence and social skills.

Training and Progress:

• Toilet trained

• Crate trained and sleeps through the night

• Learning to walk on lead

• Sits before meals

• Can sit, shake paws, and lie down on command

Health:

• Almost fully vaccinated

• Not yet desexed

• Currently on a specialised food and supplement regime to help manage itchy skin

Personality: Sadie is affectionate, gentle, and loves being around her people. She has shown no interest in cats so far, although she has not lived with them. She absolutely loves fish oil and Greek yoghurt and will often seek out her fish oil tablet before eating the rest of her meal.

Like any well-loved puppy, Sadie has a few adorable quirks. She strongly dislikes cold feet and prefers to enjoy her meals on the carpet during colder weather!

Sadie would suit a family willing to continue her training, socialisation, and confidence building while providing her with plenty of love and companionship.
